Getting started with your user-friendly work environment
The TOPdesk start page is where you kick off. Here you can see your personal to-do list, relevant overviews and news items. The customizable Quick Launch bar lets you click through to your most frequently-used actions.

In TOPdesk 5, each card gives you immediate insight into the progress of your tasks. The progress trail displays an overview of the audit trail including uploaded files, sent emails and communication between caller and operator.

Need to keep track of any important tasks or cards in TOPdesk? You can now stay on top of this information thanks to our new bookmark feature. Simply click on the star icon and the card will be added to your Bookmarks.
