TOPdesk’s Reservations Management module grants you insight into the availability, cost and agreements relating to reservable rooms and assets. This concerns any room or object registered in TOPdesk, such as meeting rooms, hardware, company cars, facilities and software.

Straightforward reservations process
Users log a reservation request in TOPdesk. This can be either one-off, or recurring. For instance, you may want to reserve the same room and amenities for regular meetings. When someone wishes to reserve an object, the person responsible has to authorize or reject the reservation. A lease contract can be composed if necessary in order to assure that all parties are familiar with the terms and conditions.
The handy Planner can be used to consult the availability of rooms and services, as well as the persons who logged the reservation request.

Seamless integration with other processes
The reservations process involves both Asset Management and Property Management. Stay on top of who is using which assets and rooms, as well as the costs involved. You can gain immediate insight into which objects are available during certain periods. Once a reservation has been made, the requester will receive a confirmation email, while the employee responsible for organizing the reservation receives a work order.

Insightful overviews
You can stay up to date on reserved objects and current contracts via your to-do list or planning overview. Monitor which tasks are being performed and which still need to be picked up. Generate work orders for each day or even per employee.
